An fara gina tan miliyan 2 na ammonia na roba/tan miliyan 3.5 na urea na Kamfanin Makamashi da Sinadarai na China Coal E Energy and Chemical Corporation a matakai biyu, wanda daga cikinsu akwai tan miliyan 1 na ammonia na roba/tan miliyan 1.75 na aikin urea (mataki na farko) da aka sanya wa injin raba iska mai karfin 2×40000Nm3/h. An kammala shi kuma an fara samar da shi a shekarar 2013, kuma an kammala gina wani bangare na wuraren jama'a na mataki na biyu da dukkan ofisoshi da wuraren zama.
